This website is operated by Nourra Wellness Co., Karachi, Pakistan. Throughout the site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nourra Wellness Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell cold-pressed natural oils for external use, and one product — our Olive Oil — intended for both internal and external use.
All other products are for external use only. Essential oils are supplied undiluted and must be mixed with a carrier oil before applying to skin. Directions and dilution guidance appear on every label and product page.
Not medical advice
Our products are cosmetic and natural food products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information on this site is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional.
Please patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Photographs are representative; slight variation in colour, natural sediment, or scent is normal in cold-pressed and unrefined oils and does not indicate a fault.
We reserve the right to change product formulations, packaging, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we are unable to confirm the order by phone.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Age
You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Intellectual property
The Nourra name, logo, packaging design, product photography, and website content are the property of Nourra Wellness Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
