Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Karachi only. We are working on expanding to other cities and will announce it here when we do.
Delivery charges
A flat rate of Rs. 300 applies to all orders within Karachi, regardless of order size.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed by WhatsApp before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is reachable — we are unable to dispatch unconfirmed orders, and orders that remain unconfirmed for 48 hours may be cancelled.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, or if the order is refused at the door without a valid reason (see our Return Policy for the one exception — a visibly damaged parcel), the order will be returned to us and cancelled. Repeated refused deliveries may affect our ability to accept future orders from the same address.
